How many people can work on the same number?
Your whole team works on the same number, with role-based permissions — the number of users depends on your plan.
Does the AI answer customers on its own?
Yes, on WhatsApp — according to your settings, and it hands over to an agent when needed. You choose when it's active.
Can I send broadcast messages?
Yes, using templates approved by Meta, with delivery and read reports. By the rules, you send only to customers who agreed to receive messages.
