Whapiz is a cloud CRM that brings all of a business's customer conversations — on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and e-mail — into one shared inbox, with a bot, an AI assistant and tools for the whole team, in five languages.
Our story
Why we built Whapiz
Every team that answers customers on WhatsApp knows these questions: "Who's handling this customer?", "Where's the message they sent yesterday?", "Didn't we already answer this one this morning?"
Behind them is always the same reality. Conversations are scattered across agents' personal phones, and when someone is unavailable, so are their conversations. A customer starts on WhatsApp, moves to Instagram and then sends an e-mail — and nobody sees the full picture. The same questions come in again and again, and get the same answers typed out by hand, again and again. And managers have no real view of the team's work: how many requests came in, who is waiting and who has already had an answer.
We wanted one place where every conversation is on record, every customer gets an answer and the team works together — instead of everyone working alone from their own phone.
How it was built
Whapiz wasn't designed in a lab. It grew inside real customer service, day after day. The needs came from live conversations, and live conversations were also the test: whatever proved itself with real customers stayed and got better, and whatever didn't went back to the drawing board.
Along the way we made a few decisions that are still at the heart of the product. We chose to connect WhatsApp only through Meta's official platform, because a business's number is too valuable to risk on shortcuts. We treated security and the separation between businesses as foundations, not add-ons: each business's data is kept apart, and each role on the team sees what it needs. And we built AI to work for the team, not instead of it: it takes on the repetitive questions and leaves people free for the conversations that really need a human touch.
Whapiz today
What began as a shared inbox for WhatsApp has grown into a complete, advanced system for managing customer conversations.
Every channel in one place
- WhatsApp through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API): the whole team answers from the same number, with photos, videos, voice notes, documents and approved templates.
- Instagram, Messenger and Telegram: messages land in the same inbox and are handled by the same team.
- E-mail (Gmail): your business mailbox, managed as a team from the same system.
- Phone calls from the browser or the app, with recording, transcription and an AI summary saved on the customer's card.
Tools for the whole team
- A shared inbox: accept conversations, transfer them between agents and departments, add internal notes, search and filter.
- A chatbot that sorts incoming requests and routes each one to the right department.
- An AI assistant that knows your business: it answers customers on WhatsApp around the clock, collects details and hands over to an agent when needed. Alongside your agents, it suggests replies and summarises a conversation in one click.
- WhatsApp campaigns with approved templates: scheduling, gradual sending, and delivery, read and reply reports.
- Tags, quick replies and custom inbox tabs, so a conversation moves from one stage to the next in one click.
- Internal chat for the team and a live dashboard: workload, waiting and handling times, and each agent's performance.
- iOS and Android apps, so you can answer customers from anywhere.
Many countries, many languages, one system
Whapiz is built for businesses and teams that work in more than one language, and whose customers can be anywhere.
- The interface comes in five languages — Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish — with full right-to-left support for Hebrew and Arabic.
- Each team member picks their own interface language, so a multilingual team works together in the same inbox.
- The website and sign-up are available in the same five languages.
- Whapiz runs in the cloud: work from the browser or the apps, from anywhere, with nothing to install and no server of your own.
- Call transcription recognises the language spoken on the call by itself, and the AI summary is written in that language.
What we believe in
- Your data is yours. The conversations, contacts and files in your account belong to your business. We don't sell them and we don't use them for advertising. The full details are in our privacy policy.
- The official way only. No shortcuts and no unofficial tools that put your number at risk. WhatsApp connects through Meta's official platform, and the number stays your business's.
- Simple to start. Sign up online, and a guided tour walks you through the first steps: connecting WhatsApp, creating a department, choosing a bot and inviting your team.
- AI, with a person in control. You decide when the AI is on, what it knows about your business and when it hands a conversation over to an agent.
