What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits — for example that you are signed in, or which language you read. “Local storage” is a similar browser mechanism in which an application keeps data on your device.
What we use
Whapiz uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run the service:
| Name / type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Identifies the signed-in user on the whapiz.com portal so you do not have to sign in on every page. | Until the browser is closed or you sign out |
| Language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) | Remembers the language you chose on the site. | 12 months |
| Sign-in token in local storage (app.whapiz.com) | Keeps you signed in to the CRM on your device. | Until you sign out or the token expires |
Third-party cookies
The site and the system use no advertising, tracking or social-network cookies. Service providers integrated into the system (for example Tranzila for payments) may set their own cookies only on their own pages, under their own policies.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Note: blocking the essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to the portal and the system, and you will have to sign in again on every visit.
Changes to this policy
If we add cookies or change how we use them, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
