What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits — for example that you are signed in, or which language you read. “Local storage” is a similar browser mechanism in which a website or an application keeps data on your device.
What we use
There are two kinds: essential cookies, without which the site and the system do not work, and Google Analytics visit-measurement cookies, which are stored only if you clicked “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you chose “Essential only”, or have not chosen yet, only the essential cookies are stored.

Google and other third parties
The measurement cookies belong to Google, and the information they collect is processed by Google. Until you click “Accept”, the site does not load the Google Analytics code and sends it nothing. The site uses no advertising cookies today. If we add any, we will ask for separate consent and update this policy in advance. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. More about how Google uses information from websites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The system itself (app.whapiz.com) and the customer area of the site are not measured at all. The site uses no social-network cookies. Service providers integrated into the system (for example Tranzila for payments) may set their own cookies only on their own pages, and the UserWay accessibility tool may store the accessibility preferences you chose in your browser.
Controlling cookies and changing your choice
On your first visit a notice offers two options: “Accept” and “Essential only”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the measurement cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Note: blocking the essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to the portal and the system.
Changes to this policy
If we add cookies or change how we use them, we will update this page and the effective date at the top, and ask for your consent again when the change requires it.
