Call recording, transcripts and AI summaries, in the customer's card

When recording is on, every call with a customer is recorded, and you can transcribe and summarise it with AI. The call is saved in the customer's card, next to the WhatsApp conversation, so anyone who opens the card knows what was said.

Call from the conversation, and the call stays with the customer

Call the customer from your conversation with them. The call goes into their history, with the outcome, the notes and the recording.

Transcripts in the call's language

The transcription detects the language of each call, so it works in Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian and other languages.

You decide what gets transcribed

Transcribe and analyse a call with one click, only when you need it, or turn on automatic processing for every call that ends.

Every call in one place, for managers

The call library, search across transcripts and export to a file are open to managers and supervisors. Recordings are available only to the business's signed-in users.

A notice to the customer that the call is recorded

At the start of a recorded call, the customer hears a short notice that the call is recorded, in the business's call language. The notice is on by default. Informing customers and agents, and getting consent where the law requires it, is the business's responsibility. Before you start recording: make sure you tell your customers and agents that calls are recorded and transcribed, and check with a professional what your business needs.

What to check before you record calls

An AI summary and the next step

A summary of a few lines, the action items, and a short draft of a follow-up message to the customer. And the AI suggests things worth remembering about the customer.
