The Whapiz CRM app lets agents and managers work from their phone in exactly the same system: the same conversations, the same contacts and the same permissions. You don't need a separate account. You sign in with your CRM email and password, and everything you do on the phone also shows on the computer, and the other way round.
Install and sign in
- Search for Whapiz CRM in the App Store (iPhone) or on Google Play (Android) and install the app.
- Open the app and sign in with your CRM email and password, the same details you use at app.whapiz.com. If an agent doesn't have a user yet, an admin needs to add one on the Users page.
- After you sign in, the app opens straight on the Tickets screen, your team's conversation inbox.
- The other screens are in the ☰ menu. It shows the same items as in the browser, according to your role (Admin, Supervisor or User).
- To change the language, tap your name in the top bar and choose Select language. The same menu also has Dark mode and Logout.
What you can do in the app
- Reply to customers, accept waiting conversations, transfer a conversation to another agent or queue, and close conversations.
- Send photos, documents and voice notes, and insert quick replies by typing "/". The first time you record, the phone asks for microphone access; allow it.
- Add tags and internal notes, and talk to your team in Internal Chat.
- Update Contacts and work through your To-Do List.
What you set up on a computer
A few management screens are not shown in the app, so you handle them in the browser:
- AI Settings, and the GPT AI tab on the Settings page.
- Billing and anything to do with your subscription: you choose or change a plan in the CRM in a browser, or in the portal at whapiz.com.
All the other settings an admin sees in the menu, such as Connections, Queues and Users, are also available on the phone, but they are easier to work with on a big screen.
Tips
- Shared phone? Log out at the end of the shift: tap your name in the top bar, then Logout.
- Has an employee left? Delete their user on the Users page or change their password. That also signs them out of the app.
- The app works on the same account in real time, so you can start a conversation on the computer and carry on from your phone.
- If phone calls from the CRM are switched on for your account, we recommend making them from a computer, in Chrome or Edge with a headset. Downloading call recordings is also done from a browser on a computer.
