First steps after signing up for Whapiz

What happens after you sign up: open the CRM from the portal, pick a language, find your business details, then connect WhatsApp, queues and your team.

Signing up at whapiz.com opens a Whapiz account for your business with a 14-day trial, and you get in as an Admin, the role with full access. This guide covers what happens right after sign-up: the portal, getting into the CRM, choosing a language, your business details and the first things to set up.

What is already in your account

Step by step

  1. The portal. When sign-up finishes you are taken to the customer portal, on the Dashboard screen. The portal shows general activity figures and your WhatsApp connection status, and its menu includes Billing (your subscription) and Account (your user and business details).
  2. Open the CRM. Click Open CRM at the top of the screen. The CRM opens with you already signed in, on the Tickets screen, which is your team's conversation inbox. While the account has no activity yet, the dashboard shows the Your dashboard is ready card with three steps, and its Open setup button opens the CRM straight on the Connections page.
  3. Choose a language. The first time you sign in from a new browser, the Choose the system language window opens with five languages: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian and Spanish. The language of the site you signed up on is preselected. Pick one and the page reloads in that language. To switch later, click your name in the top bar and choose Select language.
  4. The welcome tour. A new account gets a short tour, Welcome to Whapiz!, that walks you through four steps: connecting your WhatsApp number, creating a queue, choosing between a menu bot and the AI assistant, and adding your team. Use Next to move on, or Skip tour and come back to it all later.
  5. Your business details. The business name you entered at sign-up appears in the portal on the Account page, in the Business field, and at the top of the Settings page in the CRM. There is no screen for changing the business name yourself; if it needs to change, email us at support@whapiz.com. What customers see is set elsewhere: the name they see on WhatsApp is set in your WhatsApp Business account at Meta, the greeting is set in the queue, and the business description for the AI assistant goes in AI Settings (if your plan includes AI).
  6. Carry on with setup. The recommended order is: connect your WhatsApp number, set up your queues and the menu bot, then add your agents. Add yourself to the queues too (UsersEdit next to your user → Queues), because every user only sees conversations from their own queues and conversations that have no queue yet. Each step has its own guide, linked at the end of this page.
